Overwhelming evidence demonstrates that RoadQuake® Temporary Portable Strips (TPRS) effectively alert distracted drivers, making work zones and road workers safer.
We proudly stand behind our product and its ability to help protect stationary equipment such as Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA)s. To prove it, we're introducing the PSS Asset Protection Program.
During the course of this program, if a driver hits your TMA, you can keep your RoadQuake® TPRS free of charge.
PSS offers participation in the Smart Asset Protection Program on the following terms:
- Deploy RoadQuake TPRS adjacent to the TMA, or other portable assets, for thirty working days.
- Upload a photo of deployed TPRS every day during your program participation.
- Should your TMA, or other portable assets protected with this program is struck, which removes it from service, we’ll give you the TPRS units strips for free.*
Participants who complete the program, without any asset impacts, will receive a discount on the RoadQuake® Temporary Portable Rumble Strips that they used during the program.
We welcome enrollment in multiple locations.
* The participant’s remedy and PSS’s liability for any collision involving your TMA or other portable asset (whether under the theories of breach of warranty, contract or tort – including negligence or strict liability – or any other legal theory) shall be exclusively limited to the retention of the RoadQuake TPRS units at no charge. This is your sole and exclusive remedy. PSS shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of or any collision involving the use of RoadQuake. By acceptance of the goods and this offer, participant shall assume all liability for damages that may result from the use or misuse by customer, its employees or agents.
